I met Ann through a networking group and always appreciated her enthusiastic approach to traveling. When it was time to arrange a surprise vacation for our kids to Mexico over the Christmas holiday, Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable, understanding, had great follow-up, and took care of EVERYTHING; all we had to do was pack and go. When an unexpected issue came up and our eldest did not fly out with us, Ann was able to get him on a flight the next day (December 19th), and even called him that night as his surrogate "mom" to make sure he was ready to go... all while keeping in touch with me, in Mexico. I love receiving her newsletters, and following Ann and Fran's travels on Facebook -- they have given me several ideas for where I want to go next!
